Accessibility is Now Required
Regulations like ADA, EN 301 549, and Israeli Standard 5568 require digital content to be accessible. Non-compliance exposes you to legal risk and reputational damage.
Matterport Accessibility
WCAG 2.1 AA compliant overlays with multi-language captions, interactive hotspots, and audio narration, deployed in days.
Trusted by museums, cultural institutions & businesses
The Problem
Matterport tours are powerful, but out of the box they're not accessible, multilingual, or compliant with disability standards.
Regulations like ADA, EN 301 549, and Israeli Standard 5568 require digital content to be accessible. Non-compliance exposes you to legal risk and reputational damage.
Without captions, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support, your tour is invisible to the 15% of the population with disabilities and to non-English speakers.
Matterport's SDK, WCAG compliance, multi-language logic, and 3D hotspot positioning require deep technical expertise. Most teams don't have months to figure it out.
The Process
We handle all the technical complexity. You provide your content, we deliver the result.
Fill in our detailed intake form with your Matterport credentials, content files, and languages. Takes about 15 minutes.
Our team configures your accessibility layer: hotspot positions, captions, audio, and languages, with full WCAG compliance built in.
Your accessible tour is deployed to a live URL. We hand you the link and documentation. Updates included for 3 months.
What's Included
Every overlay we build includes the full suite: no add-ons, no surprises.
Per-panorama captions in up to 4 languages (Hebrew, English, Russian, Arabic) with full RTL/LTR support. Visitors choose their language at entry.
Info buttons placed precisely in 3D space. They appear at the right location, fade with distance, and hide behind walls using our occlusion algorithm.
Full keyboard navigation, screen reader support with ARIA, focus management, high contrast mode, and adjustable font sizes, all certified compliant.
Per-hotspot audio players with MP3 narration in each language. Visitors can listen to descriptions hands-free as they explore the space.
User-controlled font sizing, high contrast toggle, and colour scheme options. Settings persist across pages via localStorage.
Pure HTML/CSS/JS deployed to Vercel's global edge network. No servers, no maintenance overhead. Loads instantly worldwide.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before getting started.
Yes, you need an active Matterport account with a published 3D tour. We add an accessibility overlay on top of your existing tour; we don't capture the scan. You'll also need to generate an SDK Application Key from the Matterport Developer Portal, which is free. We guide you through this in the intake form.
We have production experience with Hebrew, English, Russian, and Arabic, including proper right-to-left (RTL) layout for Hebrew and Arabic. Any language can be added: the system is built to be fully extensible. If you need languages not listed, let us know in your project request.
Typically 3–7 business days from when we receive all your content files. The timeline depends mainly on the number of hotspots and whether your content (titles, descriptions, translations) is ready. If you need translation services, add 3–5 additional days. We'll give you a firm timeline after reviewing your intake form.
At minimum: your Matterport Model ID, SDK key, and your logo. For a full deployment you'll also need hotspot content (title + description per hotspot per language) and optionally a captions CSV for panorama descriptions and audio URLs for narration. We provide sample templates in the intake form to make this easy.
Yes. All plans include content updates for the first 3 months (Enterprise: 6 months). After that, we offer a flat-rate update service or you can manage changes yourself. The codebase is straightforward HTML/CSS/JS with automation scripts to batch-update captions and audio URLs.
Yes on both counts. The overlay is fully responsive and tested on mobile devices. It's built as pure HTML/CSS/JavaScript with no frameworks or build systems, deployed to Vercel's global edge network and loads nearly instantly. The only heavy element is the Matterport 3D model itself, which Matterport streams from their own infrastructure.
